When you shop with us, we collect just the information we need to process your order smoothly. This includes your personal information and address.

This helps us make sure your baby gets home safely to you.

Your details are not shared, sold, or used for anything other than completing your order or keeping in touch. In the case of a missing parcel, we would have to share your information to your delivery service to help track your parcel.

All information is stored securely, and you can request to see, update, or delete your details at any time by contacting me.

We also use cookies to help our website run smoothly and to make your browsing experience better.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Welcome to Hidden treasures art dolls. A small business based in the the midlands of the United Kingdom.

Specializing in reborn and silicone dolls, completely hand made .

All of our creations are handmade with love and attention to detail. Once you’ve placed an order, you’ll receive a confirmation by email.

We list both ready-to-ship babies and custom orders.

If you order a ready to ship baby, your order will be shipped within 3 working days. Once your order has been shipped, you can not cancel the purchase. In this case, you need to return your order to us as soon as it is received. Please contact us for return details.

For made-to-order or custom dolls, changes may not be possible once work has begun.

We accept secure payments via  PayPal. PayPay Credit, and standard checkout methods. If you choose PayPal Credit, please refer to their terms and conditions for payment schedules and eligibility.

Please double-check your order details before completing checkout, as changes to your order will not be able to made. This includes your postal address. We can only ship to the address listed at checkout.

Custom babies are made especially for you, with time and care given to each stage of the process. Because of this, deposits are non-refundable once work has started. Please read item description thoroughly for more information about non-refundable deposits. 

Please read all descriptions thoroughly in regards to custom baby processing timeframes and we’ll always do our best to ensure you’re happy before your baby is ready to go home.

We photograph all babies in natural light to show their true skin tones and details, but please note that screens, computers, monitors may show different tones.

Each baby is unique. No 2 babies are ever exactly the same as they are all completely handmade. Small differences may accur.

CUSTOM FEES

We are based in the United Kingdom. We ship worldwide. Any custom fees you may have on delivery to your country are 100 percent the buyers (your) responsibility. We will not refund or pay for any custom fees under any circumstances.
